What to Expect

If you've never done sauna and cold plunge before, don't worry — most of our guests are trying it for the first time. We'll guide the flow so you feel safe, and can relax.

Good heat

A Finnish-inspired cedar sauna built right into a retired delivery truck. Heated to around 195°F — the perfect balance of hot enough to sweat, but not to suffer. Water gets thrown on the stones (“löyly”) and fills the air with steam, and maybe a hint of eucalyptus.

A rinse (because we’re civilized)

Before plunging, everyone takes a short rinse at our shower station. You can rinse off again after your session, too. Think practical, not indulgent — quick rinses keep things moving.

Honest cold

Two 100-gallon cold plunges on their own enclosed trailer, and chilled to wake-the-hell-up temperature. One sits in the lower 50s, the other in the lower 40s — choose your temperature, or try both if you’re feeling bold.

Some other people

Up to ten of them. They’re probably nice. They also needed a break. Most are trying this for the first time too.

A place to linger

Between rounds, take a seat, drink some water, stare into space. Each session gives you time to heat up, cool down, rest, repeat—at your own pace.

A reset

Leave clearer, steadier, and a little more yourself.
