How It Works
1. Choose your session.
Sessions last about 90 minutes — enough time to heat up, cool down, rest, and repeat a few times.
2 . Bring what you need.
A towel, water, a bathing suit, and slippers (think shower shoes, street shoes are not allowed). A robe if you’re feeling fancy. Maybe a sauna hat if you’re into it — it keeps your head from getting too hot.
3. Or use ours.
We’ve got rentals — towels, robes, slippers — and sauna hats for sale.
4. Get hot, get cold, breathe, repeat.
